In order to pursue a specialisation in organisational-industrial psychology or clinical psychology you need to have done your Bachelor’s in Psychology from a recognised university. There are very few colleges, not in India but abroad, which give you specific Bachelor’s in Organisational Psychology or Clinical Psychology courses. In order to be eligible you will need to have done your 12th from a recognised board or institution. You will then have to independently apply to universities and colleges offering this course and then clear their individual written examinations and personal interview rounds. After this in your post-graduation you can choose to do a specialisation in either organisation-industrial psychology or clinical psychology or any other specialisation you might seem to like during the course of your Bachelor’s.
Scope of Organisational Psychology:

I/O psychology holds a unique place within the field of psychology, both in its subject matter and educational requirements. A master’s degree is sufficient for most jobs in this particular discipline, but the master’s degree won’t qualify you to become a licensed psychologist.
